The Matos group helped me buy my first investment home and Lilliana Matos explained everything at every step. This was our second home we bought but never an investment home so it was a bit overwhelming but the amount of knowledge we were provided made us feel really comfortable. Lilliana is so great! Lilliana and her team go above and beyond to help get the home you want. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to choose Lilliana as my realtor. I'm currently writing this review from my new home and I couldn't be happier with my experience with the Matos group. I worked with Lilliana Matos to buy my first home and she was amazing. From our initial buyers consultation through closing on my condo, Lilliana was super diligent in making sure I understood every step of the home buying process, and explaining all of my options to me without pushing me or having any personal agenda. The sellers of the home I ultimately bought requested a very fast escrow timeline and Lilliana not only helped with getting me set up in advance to make me comfortable committing to this timeline in my offer (and get my offer accepted over some higher bids as a result) but she also was incredible during the escrow process with helping set up inspections for me, and strategizing on requests for repair credits. Without a doubt will come back to the matos group next time I'm in the market!
