We did a deal with "TeamG" at this office and they were a pleasure to work with - Jackie, Mary, and Elizabeth were on top of every call and email and never missed a beat. It's a pleasure working with an escrow company that you never have to worry about or follow up with.

Overpriced, Multiple added fees. Still owes us tens of thousands of dollars which was "lost" by their local overnight company we've never heard of. Repeated requests for already sent documents. We were forced to use them by the seller relocation company. Never again.

Do not use this escrow company if you expect efficiency and proficient customer service. Being charged for services not provided is inappropriate and does not speak to sound business practices. Many of their fees are questionable. I have had many closings and never had to deal with incompetence like I did with this company. I am so disappointed in the way my closing was handled and would not recommend these people to anyone I care about.

Recommended by Coldwell Banker next door and they treated me excellent. Fees are fair they were very fast with my paperwork and efficient, will definitely use them in any future transaction. Thank You

Avoid using this company, an affiliate of Coldwell Banker, they are very pricey and have long list of junk fees. As buyer, we ended up paying close to $3,000 for a house that was $565,000. If the listing/selling agent is with Coldwell Banker and try to push for this Escrow company, refuse or pay double the normal fees.
