Joe showed up wearing a mask and booties to check a water heater that had been out for several days. He diagnosed and resolved the problem in what seemed like 2 minutes, while also making sure I knew what was going on in case it happened again, so I could resolve myself. I appreciate their excellent service and will be calling them again for future needs!

Called JMS to schedule and appointment and they were on site 24 hours later. they diagnose my problem and fix the issue very quickly. Extremely pleased with the job that was done, and true to the estimate. Will definitely be looking to use jms plumbing for future needs.

They returned when I became concerned about a hole in the dishwasher's drain hose. Again, John was early, a blessing, and brought the correct version for our model. Whilst John was here, he leveled the unit side-to-side and front-to-back. The dishwasher operates as quietly as it did when it was purchased sixteen years ago. John is a gentleman and honest to a fault.

JMS plumbing recently installed a new water heater heat pump. The entire process was outstanding. From quoting to installation to final inspection. They did an excellent job, everyone on the crew was very professional and their work was great. It really could not have gone better. I am very pleased to have found JMS Plumbing and I will use them for all of my future plumbing and hvac needs.
