Oaks Community Pharmacy

I can appreciate this is an independent/small business, I have been a client for many years, but now 3 times in a row this pharmacy has messed up my thyroid prescriptions. No apology, no communication, no medication. I can no longer support a business that treats its customers this way. Not to mention it's medically negligent.If you need crucial medication and professionalism, this isn't the pharmacy for you. Only if you're in the neighborhood and need to pay double for Bandaids.

rude. Unhelpful. Totally disinterested. False advertising. I think they rely on the naivety of the local people coming in here tonight. Understand that they really have no interest in serving the public. They advertise a flu shot with a huge banner, out front, then tell you that you have to come back in the middle of the day, make no efforts to be kind or polite, and have a generally bad disposition. This does not win the yelp awards.

No shopping carts, no plastic bags to carry your items. When you ask if they have a shopping bag they answer is "no, sorry"

Sunday afternoon June 5th. I found the management at this location appalling. I came in to this Location and I had to go to the restroom BEFORE I could shop. When I first walked in. I asked the manager where the restroom was. He told me exact words " there is no restroom for YOU!" I was shocked by his answer. So I went outside and Peed in the bushes. And came back in to continue to shop. When I arrived at the cash register. I said to the man... " you see, I am a customer!"   His reply was.... I didn't want you using MY restroom because you interrupted me!  Has he looked me up and down. He also said, " you're not from around here". And when I got upset over his remarks. He called me a "KAREN" I was absolutely shocked The manager would be talking to a customer like that in today's time. With all that's going on in this world. That I have to endure such prejudice and animosity by my appearance or race or whatever is he saw in me. To NOT help a customer. It shocked me that this is the new way people are thinking. I happen to be a very successful man who just moved to this area!  And I do NOT appreciate being judged by my race or my gender or whatever it is he saw in me to cause him to treat me like that. And I am appalled that this man is a manager at such an established location as Rite Aid. And I am going to call the manager tomorrow to complain.If the manager does not do something about this. Then I will be calling the office that holds the title. As a lawyer I know how the system works. Specially when it's an obvious " franchise location". Because it Hass to be. For there to be that bad of Customer Service. The part that bothered me the most. Is he was nice to all the other people in line. To me, it was discrimination. In the highest sense of the word.
