Nick is an absolute professional who will adjust and do whatever is necessary to help you find your dream home. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but were only going to move forward if the numbers made sense for us. Nick wasnt pushy, and always helped find out whatever we needed. We were moving from out of state and Nick was amazing at being our boots on the ground in the crazy sellers market. We were able to negotiate the price down to a number that made sense for us and the closing process was as simple as we could have imagined. We were even able to get some closing concessions. Nick has been so wonderful to work with during closing of escrow and also leasing out the property afterwards! Nick and Cassie were incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable about the industry and both went above and beyond in helping us sell our home within a short timeline. Easy to get along with, charismatic and adaptable. We had to move quickly to the bay area and needed to get our LA home on the market. Nick and Cassie were instrumental in helping us find painters, cleaners, staging company and photographer to get the house ready. The timeline was very aggressive, but he was up to taking the task. We moved that week and trusted Nick to take care of literally ALL the logistics. Once everything was set, we did an open house for one weekend, got 12 offers and house was sold way above our asking price. This was a collaborative experience and thats something both my partner and I appreciated. I would highly recommend Nick and Cassie to anyone thats looking to buying or selling their home.

I give Nick my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor. Nick is one of the best at what he does for the following reasons: 1. He knows the LA market very well: I had a set of very specific and unique criteria for my home. Nick was able to find a home that met my criteria in the neighborhood I preferred. 2. He is a calming influence in a crazy market: As a first-time home owner, the process can be extremely frustrating and unpredictable. Nick was able to calm me down multiple times during the process when unexpected twists and turns bubbled up. 3. He is a closer: Nick was able to help me craft a bid strategy and story to purchase the home of my dreams in a very competitive market. Nick is the best. He should be your realtor!

Nick came highly recommended from a friend and we are so lucky we found him moving from Miami to LA! He is friendly, professional, communicative and knows the LA market very well! He was also very flexible with the schedule of two working professionals which is hard to come by. Cannot recommend him enough!
