If you're looking to buy a home, Vanessa is your realtor! And if you're a first-time home buyer, like us, then you definitely want her by your side. From our very first introductions through to getting the keys to our home, Vanessa was an all-star. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, detail-oriented, and patient. As first-time home buyers going through the process of shopping for and buying a home, we had a ton of questions along the way. Vanessa was always willing and available to listen to our concerns, provided helpful answers, and was able to connect us to key contacts throughout the process. She steered us in the right direction, and helped keep us on course through inspections, paperwork, and signing. Moreover, she's just a great person to be around! And I think she may be the most punctual person in LA! Seriously, she is always on time!

Vanessa, simply put, is amazing and perfect in every way! As a first time buyer in this hot LA market, she held my hand and guided me through the entire process, and within a month, I find myself sitting in my beautiful new home writing this review! I honestly can't say enough great things about Vanessa. House hunting and selling is a very stressful process (especially in Los Angeles) and she made both as painless and pleasant as possible. When we were searching for our new house, she went to multiple open-houses with us and really knew the area we were looking in. She also really listened to what we were looking for and what our needs were, so she could make informed suggestions on homes. And when it came time to put in an offer on a house, she walked us through it every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. Later, when we were ready to sell our condo, Vanessa helped guide us through all the decisions we needed to make, such as staging, inspections and pricing. She handled the photography and showings and made the whole process as effortless for us as possible. Highly recommend.

Ive known Vanessa for a few years now - she was the realtor in charge of renting the last condo I lived in, and then more recently she was my agent for finding my new house! Being a first time home buyer was WAY more stressful for me than anyone even told me, but working with Vanessa made the whole process so much better. Vanessa was both professional and personal - it took about a year to find my dream home, and Vanessa was there every step of the way to help. She was open, communicative, honest, reliable, and at time became a therapist in the more bumpy parts of the journey. And it was a JOURNEY. But Vanessa made it as easy as possible and did it with an optimism and positivity that was really needed on some days! I cannot recommend her more! 11 out of 10!
