We have gone to this practice seeing Dr Reiner for years for our 3 kids. She is fabulous. She knows the kids and has a down-to-earth and kind manner. The other doctors we've seen have been great too--thorough and kind.

I was a patient at PAMG from birth to 18 years old. Now that I am a mom to a 4 month old, there was NO DOUBT in my mind that I was going to take her to PAMG for care.The front office staff is receptive, prompt and incredibly compassionate. As a first time mom, I worry about every little sniffle, sneeze or cough. I've called PAMG in a minor panic on several occasions only to be reassured and comforted, the girls even gave me the option of coming in same-day for an appointment. PAMG has always made it a point (even when I was a kid) to do whatever they can to see a child on same day. This, as a mom, I am so grateful for. Bobby who we see for referrals and check-out is a superstar. She has been at PAMG since I was a kid and has always been wonderful. She's very informative and does everything in her power to advocate for her patients when needing a referral. This is a rare trait that we are so grateful for.Our pediatrician, Dr. Kleiner is truly a one of a kind doctor. There are no words to describe how phenomenal she is. She has to be the most compassionate, relatable and knowledgeable pediatrician to have ever existed. She answers my hundreds of questions and not once makes me feel rushed or dumb for asking. She is thorough, warm and comforting. She explains things so well and ensures we as parents understand everything. We are so incredibly lucky to call Dr. Kleiner our Pediatrician.PAMG has been in my life for 30+ years and I am so proud to make them part of my daughters life moving forward.

We've been taking our daughter to pediatric Associates since she was a baby. She is now nine. We've put up with the poor customer service over the years because our kid never get sick and we rarely have to go.But this is truly disappointing. Quickly - She's having behavioral issues. We took a Vanderbilt test and turned it in in person. It took them FOUR WEEKS to call us back, and when they did, they denied getting it at all. Then backpedaled and asked us to do another one as an "update". Guys... Just admit you lost the test. Another week goes by and they finally schedule an appointment for my daughter. I cancel work for this and one hour before the appointment, they call to reschedule. I really wish they gave a crap about my daughters mental health. So anyone know of a caring pediatrician?

We have been very happy with Dr. McFarren and are sad to hear she is leaving (but wish her the best). The other doctors we have seen have all been good, and we've found the front desk to be responsive, but with Dr. McFarren gone and the steep annual administrative fee in place, it might be time to consider other options. I get that it's not easy to run a profitable medical practice these days, but it's also not easy to be a medical consumer and many of us already pay steep costs for medical insurance (in dollars, in headaches, in the lack of career portability, etc.). If the promised web portal had materialized in the first year of the fee perhaps that would have tipped the balance, but sadly their electronic records (and website) still seem stuck in the 90s.
