Crystal City Line

I would give Crystal City 10 stars if I could! They were an absolute joy to work with. Very very professional, knowledgeable and customer centric. They actually came exactly on time, something no other service provider has ever done for me. They worked very swiftly and precisely. The chandelier I was having them install was in 100s of tiny pieces. I dont know how they managed to pull it off. They also kept me in the loop on the process and made sure I was consulted many times for the length and placement of the chandelier. What I loved about them: they provided me with an estimate on the spot and charged me exactly that! No upselling,hidden or extra charged. Nothing! I highly recommend them for anyone looking to design, install or repair their chandelier. I know I will definitely be going to them for maintenance of my beautiful chandelier. I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph and his team who took down a chandelier from my moms home and transported and installed it at my home. They also moved an existing chandelier of mine to another room in my house. They were extremely efficient, careful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for any lighting installation job!!

They cleaned two chandeliers and replaced missing or overly greased up crystals due to being near the kitchen. The chandeliers they look better than new!! They are so beautiful and sparkly now! I'm so happy!
