I had an extremely positive experience and would highly recommend OTM designs. I was treating my daughter to a kitchen remodel and one of our requests was that this project be completed before my 6 months pregnant daughter gave birth! Offer promised he would and he did! Not only that, he made sure my daughter kept within the budget I set forth. Offer did this graciously and with a sense of humor which made us like him even more! We were under the gun, so to speak, to get this big project done quickly and Offer and his design crew steered and assisted us in the right direction while picking our cabinets, granite and back splash. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't be happier. There is nothing we wished we should have done differently. Offer and his crew were very capable and pleasant people to deal with and that is why I would use OTM Designs in the future. It was a pleasure to write this review.

We not only have a wonderful contractor, we have a new family of friends! We are so happy that after researching several local contractors we found your company to handle the task of a total kitchen remodel. We wanted someone to take charge and provide expertise as we were at a total loss as to where to begin. We now have a beautiful updated kitchen and have complete trust in OTM, so much that we will rely on you to help renovate all of the many other projects of renovating our beautiful older home...!! I had a great experience with OTM Designs & Remodeling. They remodeled my kitchen and master bathroom. As soon as I convince my husband, I will definitely call them back to remodel the rest of my house. The kitchen looks like something out of a design magazine, I love it. I have more space to cook and the layout is much more practical. I have my dream kitchen now! Our master bath is also beautiful; Offer, the general contractor, has such a great vision for putting materials together. He does amazing work. I am also very satisfied with the price. It was well worth it! The crew was very friendly and really went the extra mile to make me happy!!!! Thank you Guys!

We had just purchased out first home and had a few months to do some major remodeling done before our first baby arrived. We had the work bid out by several construction companies in our area. We chose OTM to handle the kitchen as we were very impressed by their presentation and their clearly presented estimate -- that was about 30% less than the other bids by companies that weren't nearly as polished. In the end, we used them to redo our ENTIRE house. From ripping the house down to the floorboards, building a new fireplace, putting crown molding throughout to redoing the plumbing and electric in the entire house. We always felt taken care of by the companies owner, Offer. His keen design sense was also immensely valuable in making dozens of "on the spot" decisions quickly so we could make our move in date. Our experience was one of white glove service by a trustworthy company who we will always use and recommend for all our home construction needs in the future. We feel very fortunate to have had them as our primary contractor through an immensely stressful time.
