Contracted RELA to section off a family room into a permitted bedroom. They did the framing, electrical, drywall, molding, and installation of door.
Competitive pricing, consistent communication, and great job quality! Did it all pretty quickly, too. Helped educate us on details we werent aware of and was there every step of the way for the inspections. Definitely will reach out again for our future projects!

We want to thank RELA Remodeling for an amazing experience. The ADU process should have been a tough and exhausting process. We know that from friends who have been through the same process.
Dealing with the city and the long-term construction can be pretty stressful.
Thank God we found Rony.
He made this process feel so easy and smooth.
Rony understood exactly what we needed. From the 3D design, plans submitted, the construction period, and until the end of the project. Even when there were delays and unexpected surprises, Rony knew what to do to overcome the situation without letting us worry.

Rony is such a kind and easy going person to work with. We needed some work done on our house and he was extremely responsive, quick and thorough with the job. It's obvious he loves what he does and he's good at it. Most importantly, he's straight forward, honest and goes above and beyond to make his clients happy. He even randomly fixed our door that didn't close well even though he was working on something completely different on our house. We are so thankful we found him. We'll definitely be hiring him again for future jobs and recommend him to all our friends.

I had a great experience with RELA Remodeling and with the owner Rony. Rony worked with me on the entire process of our ADU project from A to Z. Starting with the plans ready and having the project ready with framing, finish material and all. See the pics for yourself, you wont regret!
I know that When it comes to construction you never really know what you are getting but with RELA we got great crew who cares a lot, even if we had an issue or question Rony was always available and communicate through out the process. With my full heart I recommend RELA and Rony! Thank you guys for your hard work!!
