I purchased a RotoRazer Saw from "Buy Rotorazer.com" and paid through PayPal. Assumed it was paid in full. In September 2021 I received a collection letter that I owed Ideal Living LLC $$ for this product. I never received a bill from this company for the entire year in 2021 and now I get threating letters and phone calls. I always pay my bills and my credit is generally over 800. I asked the collection company "Motterey Collections" for proof of billing and only receive an invoice. That is plain BS. If I owe $$ I will pay but not to a collection company although I feel I should just say ....."Screw Them!". FYI - The saw is a POS.

This company is trying to scam people and ruin their credit! I received a collection letter from Monterey Collections stating I owe Ideal Living Management for a saw I never purchased! I had never even heard of the company and I certainly dont own or need a saw! When I told the collection agency, Faye said I would have to contact them to resolve this. I called and left numerous voicemails and no one returns calls! Low and behold the next month the collection showed up on my credit report! I am currently disputing. I called the collection company back and they said my case has been closed and sent back to Ideal Living. I believe these 2 companies are in cahoots together to scam people out of their money! Beware! I have reported both companies to BBB!
