Total incompetence and malfeasance. Vincent DeBenedictis ought to lose his CAP license. For the second consecutive year he has failed to meet federal IRS deadlines for delivery of k1 forms to OLD partners. Lie after lie is told as to why this was. I wouldn't trust this guy to file a nail let alone a tax return.

Wow this firm is amazing! Vincent Debenidictis and Eleanor Johnson are great at providing effective solutions to complex business and tax issues! Vincent is highly intelligent, consistent and on top of his game. Eleanor is extremely sharp, diligent and knowledgeable! I highly recommend the Art of Management to everyone I know!
