This review is a bit overdue but I would like to share with the Yelp community my estate planing attorney Mr. Gerard Kassabian.  I have known Mr. Kassabian for about a decade now and our first professional interaction was when he provided legal council to a non-profit corporation that I was presiding over.  He advised the organization on a  number of complex matters. Mr. Kassabian has also advised the members of our organization (who are high earners) on complex matters of asset protection, estate planing, family law and other corporate issues.  Mr. Kassabian has since provided legal advice and services to my family for several years now, including corporate matters, forming a LLC and asset protection. He has earned our full confidence, has consistently made himself available, and has been very fair and reasonable throughout. Most importantly, he has always been upfront. He has a wide professional circle of colleagues, including several city mayors and politicians, police chiefs, judges and numerous attorneys who cover a wide range of legal disciplines. On a few occasions he has assisted me and my family on legal maters outside of his scope, and his recommended colleagues have been top notch.
