So glad to have found Dr. Howard! After meeting her, I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about healing. I've learned so many things about eastern medicine from going to her; she's great with sharing information that helps us to get to the root cause of my issues. She really delves into your medical history and is very thorough. I appreciate her because there's not many good doctors out there that will listen and go beyond just sending you away with a pill!
She's very patient and never pressures or rushes the appointment. Her website is super informative as well. If you're looking to pinpoint a certain ailment and get better or even just looking to improve overall wellness, I definitely recommend her!

Dr. Howard has completely changed my life. I first started seeing her to address lingering dizziness from a car accident. She was able to make those symptoms subside after just a couple sessions. During those appointments, I talked to her about my ongoing struggle with endometriosis- a disease I had been suffering from for 12+ years. After experiencing years of incredibly debilitating pain throughout my teens, and not wanting to do an invasive surgery, I began taking the birth control pill to mask the pain. Dr. Howard knew exactly what approach to take to cure my pain. As a result of Dr. Howard's unique acupuncture and clearing abilities I was able to wean off the pill, only taking half a pill each day for a few months and eventually not taking it at all. Now I am completely pain free. Dr. Howard is a MUST see for women suffering from endometriosis and anyone living with chronic pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carol Howard of Sunnyslope Healing Arts for many years and cannot say how much she has helped me and how grateful I am to have found her. She is not only a fine acupuncturist who uses a unique, needle free method, but also an amazing Doctor of Oriental Medicine. Dr. Howard always gives a comprehensive health check at the beginning of each treatment and many times it has revealed issues that I am having that other doctors have missed. And she always has an effective and natural treatment approach to healing.
Dr. Howard has truly helped me over the years through different situations such as whiplash from a very bad car accident, sciatica, stiff neck and shoulders, headaches and back pain etc. as well as illnesses such as colds and the flu, strep throat, trouble sleeping and even menopause. Dr. Howard also completely relieved me of all the pelvic pain I had stemming from Endometriosis. I had seen so many doctors for this ailment and searched for help for a long time, but after treatment with Dr. Howard, my pain was eliminated and never came back.
I had a scary time in my life where I was having terrible panic attacks and she got to the bottom of it and got me off the anxiety medication. She really helped me through it and followed up repeatedly to check on me.
I honestly cannot say enough about Dr. Carol Howard and Sunnyslope Healing Arts. If you're looking for an acupuncturist or a Doctor who's an alternative to Western medicine healthcare, Carol is it! Five Stars for sure.
