new patient for a crown which had been reglued in by another. I thought the tooth may have a problem since I couldn't get lodged food out. Zhibin assist went right to xrays, didn't tell me condition of the gums, dentist came in stated he would give me 2 crowns. What is wrong with the second one, nothing! Nothing is wrong with the one I am questioning other than it had to be reglued in wrong as dentist couldn't get it in. Now Zhibin assist has me wait for an estimate, which she won't show me the amount. Strange!! Go to desk to pay, assist is asking me if I am going to have 2 new crowns? Still trying to establish why and why she isn't showing me the price. Then she starts talking and I have to state I can't hear her, she continues to talk. Paid and left. Think I would go back???? WHY????

Great match for my crown for my front implant. I wish there was more good to say. The crown only lasted a year and a half and broke off. It took a year and a half to get the bill. When I asked why I was getting statements that said zero balance due for a year they couldn't tell me. Then when the bill shows up a year and a half later they wonder why I'm angry. I just paid another dentist to do it right because wanted to get the bill before i retire in 6 year. Take your teeth someplace else. It will save time and money.
