I saw Harriet Katz for many sessions to help with life struggles, an old trauma, and spiritual growth. Harriet is very compassionate, kind, and extremely insightful. Her understanding of the human psyche is greater than nearly every psychiatrists I know, and I worked in the field. She utilizes many tools and is very skillful at gently exploring the issues that arise. I highly recommend her for people who want deeper growth and for those committed to a spiritual way of life. She also can work with anxiety, depression and grief and most issues. I am committed to a spiritual life and this therapy helped me work through many psychological issues that impeded both my daily life and my spiritual life.
