Really great experience with Alonso and his team. Very communicative, a competitive price and I really appreciated his follow through to address some further work on one of my trees. I am really impressed with his service and will be using again in the future (already plugged into my phone!).

Helped us very quickly and professionally with a very mature eucalyptus tree that had falling branches. It was a safety hazard and we averted a disaster.

This crew cut down 100yr cypress on property behind us in urban setting.  Pulling rather than craining down 80ft plus trees in narrow urban yard was not a safe or appropriate technique,  especially since they apparently did not know how to angle their cuts to control direction of tree fall.  They destroyed a section of our Redwood fence as they pulled the tree right along the fence line rather than angling across the property they were working on.Totally in appropriate techniques for the setting and soaking down pour they were working in.  No apologies offered only "they were doing us a favor by cutting tree.  Now two weeks later we get to stare at a hole in our fence and disrupted fence line that the owners statement of I'm a carpenter and will fix it.   Well no thanks we've already experienced your QUALITY service.Of course the property owner/developer has been scarce and of course offered no apology either.  No skin off their backs right!So word to the wise you get what you pay for and with this company it ain't quality
