        Whoever runs the online service department needs to be fired no call or email or text back. Just lost out on ram 2500 67k mile service, need all filters changed, aftermarket headlights replaced, tail light fix water got in, check engine light on. Will never try here again don't understand how they make enough to even stay in buisness. Oh it's probably with high dealer mark ups just a guess

        Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. Matt was kind and compassionate and caring to my dilemma. He is an excellent example of service. He made my day. Thank you Matt.

        I absolutely love my new grand Cherokee. If I could give more stars I would. I Went into the dealership just to look around and a young man by the name of Ryan helped me out he was amazing and knew his product very well. Helped me get what I wanted for my trade and drove off very happy. We will definitely be going back to see him soon for the Dodge Ram. Thank you seaside Chrysler Jeep and Ram. And a BIG thank you to Ryan for being a great salesman and making this purchase so easy and stress free.
