Independent Apartments

We're currently a resident here at Independent and we recently had some issues regarding workers coming into our place without notice. Our stove completely stopped working and we requested service to change our stove. Last week, an employee and a few of the workers came by to replace a temporary stove and she let us know that next week on Tuesday they would return again to change us a new one. The week rolled by and the workers came Tuesday around 2:00pm to let us know they would be coming right back to bring the stove after speaking to Nicole downstairs. We gave them an "Ok" and waited. Hours went by and eventually they never returned. Earlier, one of us  happened to see them speaking with Nicole while stepping out and were confused why they did not come back or at least let us know that they would come back another day, so we assumed maybe they or both just left home afterwards. We did not get any notice of it and it just sucked that we waited and expected them to come back but couldn't use the stove. The next day we get a knock and the workers are back. I get that these situations happen and all but we thought we would at least get some kind of notice at the least..? Luckily, we were at home to open the door.I do appreciate the other employee who came by last week as she was not only kind but kept her word letting us know in advance.Also, we noticed that the temporary stove was just fine in size as it was aligned. We lived there for about 10 months and loved the hospitality of our manager Nicole and all the the residents we met there! They were quick to respond to maintenance requests which made for a lovely time living in these apartments :)

I've lived here for 3 years now and have loved it! Management is very kind and is very helpful. The building is close to everything you need. The community of people are great!

Ever since we moved here, we have only positive emotions and feelings. The maintanance guys are super proactive and friendly. Management is also very responsive and kind. The apartments are high end and very quiet. They offer garage and storage they have the app and easy online payment system. Happy to be here.
