        he best part of this branch is Ernest Pastor.I needed a car loan and from step 1 to 100, Ernest was there all the way. He went beyond the call, was efficient and listened to my needs-a rarity in banking these days.He took the time to explain all the details in a patient manner and was professional and honest.He even broke down the principle and finance charges.I'm glad I kept his card and would highly recommend him and this branch for any/all your banking needs.

        This " branch " is inside the Vons Pavilions store.   I come here out of convenience and routinely have to wait In line for service. Last week, I simply left. Today,  there were four people in the branch and only  one open teller window. I waited patiently and the lady in front of me said she was done waiting and left.  The branch manager finally came out and after about 5 minutes  opened a window.  There seems to be no appreciation for clients  and no rush to help those waiting in line.  I have been a USBank client for over a decade, I have personal and business accounts as well as loans. This is by far the worst service I have ever received at any branch.  Additionally, when I finally get to the teller window I don't want to be told I can process my deposit online and withdraw thru the ATM. If I were to complete all my transaction that way there would be no need for bank employees. Be careful what you wish for.
