I used to share great reviews for this place but my family got COVID severely and forgot to call them to cancel a basic check up and even though I explained my scenario they still charged me over $100 dollars. Just want money.

My dog has been through so much with me and I am very thankful for the excellent care that Scotts Valley Veterinarian has provided her since our move. The office staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and I can't say enough to praise Dr M. Thanks to her expert interventions, my 12 year old dog is no longer in pain from bad teeth and allergies. (update: they also successfully treated a nerve cell tumor thru 2 surgeries which has not regrown 3 years later, dog is nearly 16) From serious dental work, cancer to basics like hot spot and flea/heartworm prevention, whether the concern is long term support or short term relief of pain, even when finances are a concern, Dr M and the amazing office staff have made clear that the most important being in the room is my animal and her health. Their services are worth every penny and I am truly grateful to have found a veterinarian that I absolutely trust.
