Jonathan Rossi went above and beyond for my family to help get us into a home in Santa Cruz. As teachers, we knew this was a lofty dream, but with his wisdom, guidance, perseverance, and counsel we were able to achieve a lifelong dream of buying a home in Santa Cruz. Jonathan was more than just professional; he was unwaveringly personable and caringalways there to lend a friendly word, always willing to go the extra mile, and, all the while, bonding with us and our eight year-old daughter. We truly could not have made this dream come true without him.

Working with Jonathan made our dreams come true!! We met Jonathan at a house that he was showing and we knew right away that we wanted to be rperesented by someone with his breadth of knowledge about real estate and the area. We did not know much about the process of buying a home and Jonathan was very patient with all of our questions and took the time to help us understand every detail of the process. He was very committed to helping us through all parts of the process. He is very personable and easy to talk to. Jonathan was extremely timely in all correspondences so we were never left wondering about anything. We really appreciated that he always gave his honest opinion about the pros and cons of each property. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on a particular house, he was just there to guide us in choosing the home of our dreams! We highly recommend Jonathan!!!
