Pied Piper Pest Control was hired to perform a bug extermination on the lawns of our townhome complex in San Jose. As a homeowner, I had some questions about the process. Ed, Ely and Harriet were very helpful in providing me with the information I needed. In fact, everyone with whom I had spoken at Pied Piper was among the nicest, kindness and most efficient people in business. They knew how to deliver an excellent customer service experience. Hello, I contacted Pied Piper Pest control because of a rodent problem we were having. Chris came out and explained the process and what he was going to look for, very professional and informative. I forgot to mention he was on time!! Chris showed me why we may be having the problem. Crawl space was left open under the deck by construction workers. We covered the crawl space. Chris also made some su additional suggestions. We talked about other services Pied Piper offers. I know if I need any other services I will be calling Pied Piper! My rating 5 star services! I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for sending an outstanding employee to my house last week to assist with my rat infestation. I'm writing this letter to compliment the amazing work done by John Odell. I was extremely impressed by his hard work and dedication towards the task at hand, which he completed with great care and efficiency. He displayed a remarkable commitment to ensuring that my rat infestation problem was resolved. He was always polite, professional, and always had a positive attitude throughout the day. What really impressed me, and what prompted me to write this letter was that he offered to come to my house on his day off to assist me. That was very kind of him, and I am so grateful for his willingness to go above and beyond. I appreciated the time he took to explain the course of action, follow up with my property management company to advocate for me, and advised me how to avoid similar problems in the future. I have had interactions with many service professionals over the years, but I feel obligated to say that he is without a doubt, one of the best I have ever encountered. The Pied Piper should consider themselves fortunate to have an employee like John Odell on staff. Once again, thank you for getting the best person on the job.
