Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make in your life & it is important to choose an experienced realtor. I am so thankful we had Paul as ours! Our situation was a little more complicated but Paul was so helpful along the way. He was great at explaining the purchasing process & his communication is A+. Paul Burrowes was my Buyer's Agent 6 years ago and my Seller's Agent for the sale of the property. In both cases he was my advocate. I feel so lucky to have Paul Burrows as my real estate agent!! He took great care of me from the startpatiently driving me around all over Santa Cruz county, introducing me to different areas and explaining the pros and cons. He helped guide me in making good choices about houses (tactfully pointing out when I was being more hopeful than realistic about the possibilities of a fixer, for example, and saving me from making a big mistake!) When we found the right house, he did an outstanding job of representing memaking sure I got a great value for a house I now live in and love! The whole process was so much less frustrating than it might have been (home-buying can be exasperating, especially in such a crazy market) because of Pauls excellent guidance. I would recommend him without qualification to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Santa Cruz area.
