        This company has totally gone downhill in last couple of years. When I called for help all I got was sales pitches. Could not even speak with a live person. They are much more interested in your money than your health.

      Yes! We have walk-in hours for members to visit us. You do not need to make an appointment to come talk to an Alliance representative.The walk-in hours for each office are:Merced County office: 9-11:30 a.m., 2-4:30 p.m.Monterey County office: 9-11:30 a.m., 2-4:30 p.m.Santa Cruz County office: 9-11:30 a.m., 2-4:30 p.m. (Note: Due to the storm, our Santa Cruz County location is closed for member walk-ins until Monday, January 9th, 2023.)Find more information on our website at https://thealliance.health/about-the-alliance/contact-us/.
