I have recently retired from a career in transportation planning and project management. In my work, many times I needed to evaluate all sides and aspects of a project to find balance and to implement the most sustainable solution. Patrizia's Sustainability Template was a great tool used in finding a lasting resolution. For that I give her 5 stars.

We hired Patrizia to help us figure out what we could and couldn't do on our property in Santa Cruz County, California.She was a wealth of information and is a fabulous resource! Even in just the first meeting she helped us avoid a huge number of possible mistakes and ensuing headaches that would have followed - we used he fabulous decision making method and feel confident that we are making a long-term sustainable choice for our future home.We highly recommend her!
