Everyone at the surgery was professional. They gave me the most thorough dental examination I have ever received, explained everything to me to make sure I knew what was happening and why, and set up a management plan. I would recommend them.

Dr. Noreen Yoshida has been my wifes and my dentist for the last several years. She listens to your concerns and makes appropriate recommendations for the dental procedures. Her and her personnel are friendly and professional

I was also coerced into an x-ray.  I brought my son in for an oral examination per conversation over the phone as he felt sensitivity in his front teeth.  She and her team made my son take an x-ray without consent and when I brought it to their attention, the office manager apologetically admitted they had done wrong but decided that the cost was warranted and gave me a refund of $50.  Moral of the story: they admit they screwed up but don't care about their patients and take your money.  Beware!

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Overall dental work is ok, but the rest of this dental practice is mediocre. Staff is rude, unhelpful, dishonest, borderline unethical and their billing practice very shady!
