Excellent acupuncture care, and at the Scotts Valley office they also take Kaiser insurance. Super convenient as they are in the same complex. I asked for a referral from my Dr. for migraines and TMJ joint related headaches. Weekly acupuncture with Jenny Johnston has been a huge game changer not only for chronic headaches and neck pain but my overall health.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Solis thus far. I was nervous at first, as it was my first time getting acupuncture, but Jessica was kind and down-to-earth and helped calm my nerves right away. I never thought I'd say this, but the treatment itself is so relaxing!! And it's helping to slowly but surely address my headaches and tension. The Solis staff also makes it super easy to schedule appointments, get authorized by insurance, etc. I would recommend Solis to anyone!

I feel the same as their Capitola location. Love Lishanna, Jessica, and Jenny! They always ask clarifying questions to better understand my pain and what my body is experiencing. I felt relief after my first appointment. For more than a year, the combination of needling, cupping, and gua-sha have helped heal the pain in my neck, shoulders, back, wrist, forearms, and legs.  The only downside is that they're so popular it can be hard to schedule an appointment.

Ive been coming here since having some back and leg pains and wow, what a difference it has made. I didnt know what to expect with acupuncture and cupping but I have to say that I really enjoy it and find it to be very relaxing. My pains are completely gone now (after about 1.5 months). The staff is so friendly and helpful. The space is clean and modern. Finding parking is always easy. Highly recommend this location.
