Westpark Express Valet Parking Services

I used WestPark Express for an event we held in SF and they did a great job! Very easy to work with. Would use again.

A valet driver hit my car, and Westpark denied it or compensate me whatsoever. The car was surrounded by Valet'd cars and the bumper was in perfect shape when I dropped it off.

Update 8/18/22: Sasha has been responding very quickly and has been accommodating in helping us with adjustments to parking. I think it means a lot when a business takes feedback and follows through to make improvements. I have no qualms with working with Westpark Valet at this point. ---- Update 5/23/22: Sasha reached out to me afterwards to apologize for not responding. Since then, the company has been helpful in working with me to provide valet services. I appreciate their effort in trying to make things right and hope that this continues with a good experience for our event in a few months. I'll update again then. ---- 1/5 rating initially: Honestly, with the communication that this place has, I'd be hesitant to hire them for any events. I originally reached out via phone and left a voicemail after a few calls were not picked up; Sasha called me back several days later, and I thought things would be fine from there. He sent me an email with a proposed contract for parking and said to let him know if I have any questions. After following up with a question, he stopped responding to emails, even after I tried prodding a few times afterwards over the course of a few weeks. It's two months later now and still nothing. Very unprofessional company. You wouldn't want to hire a company that's going to be unresponsive for your events.
