Sherrie helped us buy our first home, and we couldnt have done it without her. She showed us multiple properties with key features that were important to us, was very knowledgeable about every neighborhood in the North Bay (she knew which areas were going to have construction soon, which had good schools, etc). She was never pushy with pressure to buy, she listened and adjusted the search as we learned and was always available with info when I sent links to places I was interested in. She had a wealth of off market property knowledge too, she has a huge network in the area. She helped us close for under asking in a super competitive market. She connected us to multiple different types of inspectors, set up the appointments, and came to then with me to help me ask the right questions. And she spoiled our dog and family with gifts once we closed. She truly went above and beyond for us and we couldnt have asked for a better realtor!

Before working with Sherrie, we had been put through the wringer with a different agent who was very difficult and demanding to work with. Sherrie was a breath of fresh air. She was always available and laser-focused no matter how busy she was. Because she took the time to learn every detail of our home and neighborhood, her marketing was spot on and appealed to just the right buyers. We have now worked with Sherrie on four transactions and could not be happier with all of the outcomes. She takes all the stress away so you can just enjoy the process. Would not work with anyone else!

Sherrie Faber of First California Realty, Inc. is simply the best. She offers "soup to nuts" services. She is knowlegeable about the market, knows what inventory is available - often before it comes on market, has a wealth of resources and is results oriented. Besides, she herself is delightful. Quite frankly, if it wasn't for Sherrie, we wouldn't have been able to purchase our fabulous new home. I can highly recommend Sherrie Faber.

Sherrie and the team at FCR are amazing. No one knows the Sausalito real estate market like Sherrie does. I would, without hesitation, recommend her to help in your home search. After a detailed introductory call to learn what we were looking for we were off to the races. Sherries knowledge of the neighborhoods, town, codes, the whole 9 yards is second to none (it seems like shes touched every property at one point or another over her career). We were tricky customers and Sherrie delivered. Shes always responsive, has amazing insight and was a pleasure to work with.
