Tyler sold my home late last year. I'm out of State so was worried about the logistics and the need to prepare my home to sell. She was amazing on that front - leading a 3 week process end to end to get it into incredible selling shape to where I wish I'd done this work years earlier to benefit from it whilst living there. On the staging and final prep she was really thoughtful about the changes we should invest in to drive up the sales price. And then when it came to listing and negotiating with buyers she was excellent and even in this weird flat/down market I got 5 offers over asking and one significantly over asking and above my expectations. Can't recommend her enough.

If I could give six stars I would! Tyler made our home buying experience a breeze. She is thoughtful, strategic and honest. As first time home buyers, we leaned on her a lot to guide us and I dont think we could have been in better hands. Her guidance didnt stop there! Once we closed, she assembled a team to work on our home renovations and continues to check in with us to make sure everything is on track. She truly goes above and beyond and we are lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her!
