Working with Jens, pronounced (Yens), was a great experience as a first time home buyer. We had been in the market for almost 2 years just looking everywhere for an affordable home but did not understand what we had to do to even begin the process. We were introduced to Jens from a friend after our unsuccessful first year of house hunting and from the first meeting he laid out an extensive plan on what we need before we even started looking. He provided us with multitudes of resources to help us understand how the real estate market works so we have all the knowledge he has to make sure we understood our budget and what we can afford to live comfortably.
When we begun searching houses with Jens, he provided us with listings that were not even available on the market yet to plan ahead to be the first ones to look at the house for a better change at getting an offer accepted. His prediction of prices are spot on when estimating what a home is valued for and by following his advise, we were able to purchase a property that was best suited for us not long down the road. He has gone above and beyond in keeping us informed daily of any changes going on even during an pandemic. He will go out of his way to make sure you get all the help you need even after the transaction. I would highly recommend Jens to be your realtor because he will help you throughout the entire way and be make sure you have everything you need before making the biggest decision of your life.
