Every year the crew from Liquid Gardens cleans my fountain. They replace parts if needed and when they are finished it looks new. They are friendly, fast and well priced. I will continue to use them every year. CH- Saratoga

Out of business. We bought a fountain and some other stuff on final sale. Got a good deal, but the promised price for delivery of the fountain was forgotten when it came time for action.

We would give 10 stars if possible. A dream to work with! Marco and his team did a phenomenal job on our pond. It was leaking and our redwood tree roots had misshapen the reservoir at the top of the waterfall. They dug out the old waterfall and surrounding rocks and made a new waterfall, totally cleaned out the pond, and improved the lighting so much. Ryan reconfigured the pond lighting beautifully! It is fantastic! We cannot say enough good things about them. Marco, who is a pro as well as the owner, came every day to see how things were going and to check in with us. He explained everything they were doing and why they were doing it. Liquid Gardens is a professional and friendly organization. Most importantly Amelio and Rigo, who did the work are incredible. Amelio was an artist in reconfiguring the stone placement to give a different visual look and harmonic sound. They focused on how every stone was laid. Very knowledgable, professional, competent, and so very kind. Every day, they checked in with us on their progress and the plan for the day. They worked tirelessly and with great good humor and friendliness. The 2 of them went above and beyond in working with us. The kindness that they showed us actually blew me away. My husband had just had surgery, and they were so helpful. We recommend Liquid Gardens without hesitation. They have amazing skills and are a dream to work with.

I can't say enough good things. In all fairness, my pond-less waterfall's issue was diagnosed by a plumber who came to for many other reasons, but I'm sure that Marco could have diagnosed it immediately. When I sent him pictures, he knew exactly what the issue was. He is experienced enough to tell you what is happening and how much it will cost to repair or replace. He is quick and efficient, and he communicates very well. He sent me a service reminder and texted me when he was on the way. He gave me good advice and installed a shut-off valve so that I can avoid leaks in the future. He agreed to do periodic service but was very clear that it sounded like I knew what to do and didn't necessarily need to pay for that. So, he's very ethical and doesn't try to up-sell you. I am the granddaughter of small business owners on both sides of the family, so my philosophy is "you get what you pay for." To me, busy people are good people, and I want to pay for excellent service vs. get somebody quick and cheap. I was able to shut off my outside water and wait for him to be available. I don't have fish, and nobody was dying because of my leak, so I was willing to wait. Like other reviewers have said, I couldn't find anyone who even DOES this type of work, and so I was feeling a bit desperate. Thanks to the City of Morgan Hill for recommending him!!!
