She took the time to understand my situation, tailor a plan for me and constantly rework it during the course of my treatments.         I recently went through PT for my shoulder after injuring it playing tennis and cricket. Nicole at OPTM was amazing!! She was able to zero into my problem right away, recommended the right set of exercises and always followed up diligently. I am now almost fully recovered back to playing tennis again. I would strongly recommend Nicole as she is one of the best I have seen, and believe me I have seen a few PTs for my shoulder in the past
