As a single dad, finding the right guidance for estate planning was crucial for me. I was fortunate to work with Jan Hales, who made the process comprehensible and straightforward. Her expertise was evident, and I truly appreciated her ability to explain complex issues clearly. Throughout our interactions, Jan was professional and attentive to my concerns. It was reassuring to work with someone who understood my unique situation and was focused on ensuring my children's future is secure. I recommend Hales & George to anyone, especially single parents, in need of clear, concise, and thoughtful estate planning guidance. Everyone in I met from Hales & George has been helpful and professional.

Update: increased rating by 1 star. Within 24 hours of this review I received a response and an apology from the office manager/paralegal Christine. Will update accordingly as we continue this process. Well my father passed and at first everything seemed to be handled well-ish. Despite the fact that they (per my aunt) botched my grandmothers trust. And I do believe my aunt that the trust was incorrect per my grandmothers wishes. And now my dad has passed and we are in probate and my messages are not being responded to. I’m not sold on this being a reputable firm at this point. We have Jan handling our family estate and she seems nice enough it but is non responsive and perhaps just wants easy money handling estates that are uncomplicated. I’d advise people to look elsewhere for someone to handle their estate based on my experience thus far.
