image Carlos Santiago gave me the best customer service Ive ever received from Toyota. I had issues with my doors and my microphone and he was able to assist me and get it fixed right away and even provided me with a rental for a few days. Everything works perfectly now I am very satisfied. 5/5 I will be coming back to this location now.

image Came to this dealership a few weeks ago wanting to purchase a 4Runner that we found online.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Saad. Lovely gentlemen who took care of us from beginning to end. Answered all our questions and treated us right. Everything went well until they called their manager over. We were wanting to trade in our GTI which had positive equity on it. Our GTI had been in a previous collision but we informed the manager that everything was repaired properly and with all OEM parts. He immediately began lying stating that our vehicle had frame damage which was a complete lie. Horrible attempt at getting us to settle for less money for our vehicle. The manager eventually got so upset that he resorted to petty comments and being passive aggressive. Long story short, we left the dealership and I vowed never to come back.
Fast forward to 5 days later, we went to Toyota Kearny Mesa and found our vehicle. In addition, carmax bought our Volkswagen for 22k when this santee Toyota dealership manager said he wouldnt give us more than 17k. If you are serious about buying a vehicle and want to buy from someone that values their customers and treats people with respect, I suggest you go elsewhere other than Santee Toyota. The manager was horrible. I have nothing negative to say about the other staff as they were all pleasant. But the manager needs to go.
