I want to give them a big fat zero. I live in a senior mobile home park. Evidently the fire marshal said trees needed to be cut down in the park. There was no notification. They just came in and started chopping down trees. The morning they did this, they had parked their big truck so I was unable to get out of my driveway. I waited for an hour before they came back and moved it. So I left for the day. They evidently started working on other areas around the park. So now, I established the fact that I wasn't home and this company came in to the back of my yard and stomped and smashed a lot of my plants down, threw my pots around, broke a pot that was priceless to me (a friend of mine who had passed away, had given it to me), left the biggest trail of leaves down the whole side of my home, bent a tree I have potted (from my class reunion), knocked the bricks around the that lined my walkway, smashed a garden ornament, knocked a plant out of a pot and left the plant on the side of the hill, and more. I posted some of my pictures. This company obviously doesn't care about the home owners personal belongings. I would not trust this company with a ten foot pole. I hate to admit it, I cried the rest of the day. I don't know who hired them to do this work, it was either the fire marshal or the park owner.
