        Please go find somewhere else to live. This place was not worth the money. Extremely loud and the fees are outrageous and they slapped an $800 dollar move-out bill on top of it. Ridiculous.

        If you are a delivery driver from Amazon Flex, Doordash, UberEATS, etc, I want to warn you this place tows your car even if you let them know you're delivering. Fortunately I avoided my car being towed. Manager and tenants are really aggressive when it comes to parking spot. Avoid to deliver here at all costs.

        We stayed for 14 months, I gave $500 security deposit, after we left, I walked the apartment with the manager. She told me the apartment looks good. They did not give any money back from the deposit.

      Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit to Parc One. We do have several guest parking spaces available near all 3 of our buildings for delivery people. Unfortunately we cannot control if a resident calls for a tow because someone is parked in their space. We are always available for delivery personnel to answer any questions. If a resident does call for a tow, that vehicle is always given a minimum of 20 minutes before any action is taken and we have not had an incident where a delivery driver was wrongfully towed yet. If you do have another delivery at our property and are confused on where to park, please visit us in the office and I will be happy to help.
