Carlton Country Club Villas

Sorry that the previous poster had such a bad time here (5 years ago) they are currently in the process of remolding every unit with new flooring, new double pain windows, new cabinets, new appliances, new counters in the kitchens and bathrooms and fresh paint. The old manager is no longer here and the current manager ( Mildred) is a sweetheart, shes nice. I love it here

This apartments are only taken car of on the outside. Nothing is nice or upgraded on the inside and most of the tenants have parts of their units that are literally falling apart. The manager Laura is a horrible, horrible person, and treats us tenants like we are dirt beneath her feet, just because this is HUD housing. She lies repeatedly and increases our rents for no reason, but then then gives bull dookie reasons as to why. I'm one of the tenants that are very grateful to live here, but she makes life miserable for no reason. We all hate her. This complex has a lot of possibilities, but she takes them all away, and only upgrades her own unit. Why the rest of us have stoves that don't work, and kitchens that are falling apart.
