PBHS, a RevenueWell Company

I've been assisting a client in transitioning away from PBHS as their website provider, and the overall process has been extremely challenging. We have encountered significant difficulties in obtaining wordpress and hosting access from them to facilitate the migration of our website from their servers. Despite clearly communicating our intention to discontinue their services, PBHS continued to bill us $600 for a full year of hosting, and they have been unwilling to entertain the idea of a partial refund for the unused 11 months. It is evident that this company lacks consideration for its clients. Their customer support takes an excessive 10 minutes to answer the phone, and their response time to emails is frustratingly protracted, often spanning several weeks. I would stay clear of this company.

After they were acquired by revenuewell, the service, quality, and responsiveness became non-existence. They will lock you in for a year of contract with no accountability on their end to deliver results. It has been a horrible experience and having been with them for a year and half, I am looking forward to getting out the contract very soon. Be Aware.
