I've been getting waxed by Susie since May. I'm a first time brow/face waxer, so I was a bit nervous at my initial appointment. I chose to have my face waxed because I'm Hispanic & I prefer a smooth fuzz-free face. Susie was quick but gentle, honestly it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. 3 months in & my hair is growing back finer, each wax is easier & less painful; by that I mean it started at a 6 overall to now a 3 (4 if I'm on my period). I trust Susie & feel very comfortable with her. P.S- At my last appointment I decided to add on an armpit wax. I was scared because I had a previous wax done in that area (not by Susie) that was VERY painful; so I was a bit traumatized. It had been a few years since that experience & I only shave. Susie as always was very gentle, kept my skin taught (to help with a effective wax/hair removal) & removed my hair within 2 - 3 wax applications. I had a great "first" wax, pain was 7/10 which was WAY better than the pain I had before seeing Susie. 4 days post wax & my underarms are so smooth. Definitely will be adding this on to my next appointment; I'm working my way up to a Brazilian someday Thank you again Susie! I'm staying consistent (which is not easy in general for me) because you give me beautiful results & it's always a great experience. Thank you for being so amazing!
