I have never written a review...  But after speaking with Mark just now, I just had to stop and write to reccomend him.  My oven was overheating and he quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone based on the symptoms, then researched the oven to get a sense of the cost to fix it based on the model and its age.  He explained the pros and cons of fixing versus getting a new one and said I'd be better off with a new one.  What an extremely helpful guy...  I'll definitely use him any time I need an appliance repair in the future!
