image In my search for an M3, I have contacted multiple dealerships across the state. They are a high demand vehicle and I am willing to purchase a vehicle outside of my immediate area. I contacted this dealership and had the misfortune of being helped by ANDREW WOOD. Once he realized that I was contacting him from Southern California, he quickly became rude, and hostile. I am still in shock by his unprofessional behavior.
Well, Andrew, I now have a deposit down at another dealership also hundreds of miles away from LA. Not sure how other CAs are at this location but avoid Andrew like a plague

image I would not recommend coming here for any recall work or any work to be honest. I brought my car in for a blower motor wiring recall after I went through 2 blower motors I finally checked into what's going on with the car and realized there was a recall to replace wiring and the regulator on the blower motor. These idiots replaced the wiring but did not replace the regulator. So I called there so called manager and he's as dumb as his employees and is telling me he only needed to change the wiring. I've talked to 3 different BMW dealers and they all told me that they are required to change the regulator if it is not working properly which in my case the blower motor wasnt and is still not working because of these guys they do the very minimal and take advantage of girls it seems like they told my girlfriend it would cost her to diagnose the car from what I confirmed with 3 different BMW shops the blower motor was going out from bad wiring. So they want her to pay for the diagnosis when they're wiring was what was causing the issue?

I apologize for any misunderstanding regarding your recall. I understand you came in with the blower motor taken apart, the recall was only to replace the wiring harness, which we did.

image Terrible experience. They sold me a car with an oil leak, I noticed the smoke a few weeks after buying. I called and said I had an oil leak and wanted them to look at it but they said they were fully booked and schedule me for a few weeks later. They then handed me an estimate for $3,200. Come to find out that since I wasnt able to bring it in before the thirty days, due to them being booked and unable to see me, they are unwilling to do anything for their negligence. Scam artists through and through. They knew it had an oil leak. They refused to negotiate on the price. They also serviced my bosses car and her wheel feel off on the way home, if the dealership reads this it was an electric BMW that she was driving and you repeatedly gave her terrible service.
McCoys German Auto fixed the problem for $1100, nearly 1/3rd of the price!!!
Stay as far away as you possibly can. I hope this place doesnt burn to the ground the next time theres a wildfire in the area!!! Sure would be a shame
