The owner was kind, honest, and transparent with the estimated cost of my cars future repair. He didnt charge me for the findings on my SUVs repair and that rarely, any repair shop would do such. Not to mention, I didnt even have any appointment but he gave me an option to come back the same day after my initial visit to take a look at my car. Grateful for the owners generous act of kindness in figuring out what needs to be done on my car. Many thanks, Mr. Singh!

I called Fairfield amco and spoke with Tom, told him my issues with the service 4WD light thats on on my dodge. He told me that he can do a diagnostic and it will run 125.00 2 days later I had my son drop of the truck at the shop so they can diagnose it. Around noon he calls back and tells me that theres communication codes and that he could not work on it and recommended it to the dealer. So I asked what he did, just pulled codes with the scan tool and that was it. Never did a diagnostic just pulled codes. I was charged 125.00 just for pulling codes and no diagnostic done. Seems like I just got ripped off. I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone. Even his technician that pulled the codes was surprised that he took the job when he doesnt do that type of work, diagnostic.
