        Amazing place! Coach Ponzo is one of the most knowledgeable sports trainers that I have ever met. He has created a true sports training facility right here in Santa Rosa. I did his Saturday morning class and I barely made it. I am in amazing shape however, the type of training that he teaches at his sports training facility is on another level. His training exhausts your body while having minimal impact on your joints and working your weak points. I wish this place was around when I was playing sports in High School.
