        While my experience in person and setting up my account were easy, cordial and positive, my administrative experience has been trash. I have been overcharged $12 a month for insurance that I already buy from my bank and sent to them the day I opened my account. I have left messages and sent emails about this to no avail. I have been out of my unit for a month, I've sent emails and called about this and heard nothing back. I was charged for another month of rent yesterday. This place is cheap storage, and polite folks run it, but I can't find a way to terminate my account and I'm continuing to get nickel and dimed. I recommend steering clear of StorageKing.
