Uncompromising customer service by the entire team. Especially the new manager. Vintners inn is like being at home with family, you are comfortable and welcom every minute of every day.... kind words never go unheard but to often go unsaid si I would tike to take a minute to thank everyone at vintners inn for it is people like you who help to make our time away from home comfortable, from the front desk, and manager to the friendly lady that shared her time with us when she took our breakfast order. Absolutely beautiful property with clean rooms and friendly service. They comped us a crib since we brought our son which was very nice. I was also impressed that they called us after I emailed a question. The location is really great. It's right off the freeway but it's set far enough from the road that it is quiet and peaceful. We felt like we were far away. Star off for the room service food. The quality did not match what we got. Also we attempted to call the front desk a few times and 4/5 times there was no answer. The room was very clean and absolutely gorgeous. With the premium cost of the room and the resort fee I wish it included breakfast. It also would've been nice if they had commemorated my anniversary in some way. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the entire space. Large bathtub, recess lighting, fireplace, etc Otherwise I highly recommend and we plan to return!
