January 2024: I was fortunate enough to work with Nadia as both a buyer and a seller - let me tell you, there is no realtor as down to earth and as hard working as Nadia. As soon as I asked for her advice on selling my home, her expertise shined through and made the process for me seamless. While getting my home ready to sell, I had to take a trip to visit my family out of state and Nadia did not hesitate to continue to prepare everything for me; from document preparation to pictures, Nadia excelled in her constant communication and experience. She guided me in appropriate pricing, helped me with preparing my home for selling, and answered all of my questions, whenever they came up. Although the process seemed as if it would be challenging and take a long time in the current market, I was able to sell my home in a short amount of time with her guidance and trust.
