I drive 101 north alot and always laugh at this guy who looks just like bubbles from trailer park boys aka Geovani Lamperini or what ever. thick glasses, a crooked smile and a willingless to rip you off.... W Real Estate lol F them

Edited to reflect that an agent/employee of the company is one who we have had a poor experience with.We booked a VRBO that was managed by an agent with W Real Estate (Tyler Pedroncelli). It was a horrible experience that we're still trying to resolve.Following our visit, Tyler reached out and accused us of causing the pool cover to detach, and also breaking a tile. We were not aware we had done the former, and asked for video and photo proof of before and after.We are sure we did not cause any damage to the tile. Tyler claims that someone broke it, then tried to put it back so it would not be noticeable. We did NOT do this.Sadly, it feels like Tyler is trying to put blame on multiple items with no proof (using time-stamped before and after photos) that we caused the damage to the tile. In addition, the listing was not as promised. The unit was not available upon check-in time, and the cleaner arrived PRIOR to the check-out time, and watched us from the car. It felt uncomfortable.It doesn't bode well that W Real Estate is working with agents who are accusing guests of breaking items without proof (the tile).
