        Great prints, easy to work with until it came time to pay. They charged far more than the quote, $30 extra for two postcard size proofs. When I asked for clarification on the pricing, the owner became very angry & made to cancel the transaction altogether. Wont be using this service again.

      Hello David, unfortunately it was misunderstood that sales tax is added to every order, which is currently 9.25% in Santa Rosa. You were charged what was quoted and graciously waived the $15 per proof charge for you. We are a small, family-run printshop so appreciate your feedback but posting negative reviews for a miscommunication over sales tax seems a bit extreme. We were happy to print your wedding invitations and wish you and your partner the best.
